Enquiries sent through our website

When you send an enquiry using the form on our Contact page, we ask for:

Our engineers may need to view or access information held within customer CCTV, alarm or access control systems when this is required to install, diagnose, repair, maintain or support those systems. Information collected when you use our website

Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools.

When you submit the enquiry form, the website temporarily stores a coded (hashed) version of your connection’s IP address so it can limit repeated submissions. This record expires automatically after 15 minutes. The form also includes hidden checks to help detect automated spam. Your enquiry is sent to us by email and is not stored in the website’s database.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Our website does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising. It uses your browser’s session storage for a small technical check on how emoji are displayed; this is cleared when you close your browser tab.
